Knox United Football Club Terms and Conditions
All members are expected to read and abide by the Knox United FC’s Code of Conduct:
- Any breach of the code shall be subject to a disciplinary action by the Executive Committee including and up to deregistration from the club.
- Any fines incurred by individuals or teams must be paid by those players or teams.
Student Discount
All players enrolled in tertiary education may be eligible for a $40 discount when registering. When registering make sure to tick the Student discount option. All Students seeking the discount must email their current year’s transcript to knoxunitedregistrar@hotmail.com to be approved.
- Active Kids Voucher Program: vouchers not entered at the time of registration cannot be ‘refunded’ or cashed in, however they can be used against coaching fees. If claiming a Discount e.g. Student, Financial Hardship you acknowledge that your circumstances ensure you are entitled to it. The Play Football Receipt states that the fees include
- Any refund request will be submitted to the Registrar as outlined on the clubs Refund and Deregistration page
- All Knox United FC and NSFA policies will be abided by these can be found on their respective pages
Club Uniforms
All players are obliged to wear full and current Knox United Football Club uniform, in any match representing Knox United FC. Full Uniform is KUFC White(home) or Black (away) playing jersey, KUFC shorts and KUFC socks. When required players will wear the KUFC training jersey for all trainings and warm ups and KUFC Polo to arrive and leave games.
- Playing jerseys are given to players at the start of the season, these jerseys remain under the ownership of the club and are expected to be returned in a laundered fashion at the conclusion of the season. At the allocated times set out by the Club Coach Coordinator and/or Manager.
- Failure to return a playing jersey may result in a subsequent fine of $35 per playing jersey to the player. The club reserves the right to not approve registration until the fine has been paid in full or have the playing jerseys returned to the club.
- When players wear the KUFC uniform, they are representative and ambassadors for the club, any misconduct while wearing the KUFC uniform may be brought before the KUFC Executive committee for deliberation.
- Members may only wear the KUFC uniform for KUFC approved and sanctioned teams, this is inclusive of any team playing or training during the off-season.
