Knox United welcomes players Men’s and Women’s of all ages and abilities from
U6 – U18 to All Age and Over 35’s to join in 2026.

By filling this out, we will get access to your email where we will send out information on our open days, trials and any other opportunities to experience the club.
Who Runs the Mini-Roos (U6-U11)/Junior (U12-U18) program?
Mini-Roos and Juniors are run by our Technical director Vince Cali, and Mini-Roos/Junior Co-ordinator Max Couvret. Vince is renown in the NSFA community with 20 years of coaching experience. Vince is also the Knox Grammar Prep School 1st team coach. After leaving Knox Grammar in 2020 as the captain of football, Max joined the team. With an advanced coaching accreditation and 4 years coaching experience, Max is the first point of contact for parents.
Who Runs the Female teams and the Female program?
The clubs Female Football Coordinator Rosie McDonnell along with the assistance of the clubs Technical Director & Mini-Roos/Junior Co-ordinator. Rosie has been playing football since an early age, she joined with the club in 2025 where she was part of the first female team to play for the club. She will be working closely with all female teams and players to help build a strong positive environment for where female football can thrive.
What Female football teams are there in 2026?
The club is aiming to have 3 Female teams this coming season, an Under 6/7’s, Women’s All Age Division 2 & Women’s All Age Division 4 or Women’s Over 30 Division 4.
Does my child or I have to go or gone to Knox Grammar School to play for Knox United?
No, all players from any schools and backgrounds, male and female can play for us.
Although we have a connection with the Old Knox Grammarian Association and Knox Grammar Football. A large percentage of our junior and mini-roos young players go to schools from all over the North Shore + Wider community.
Is Knox United an all boys club?
No not at all, we accept players of all genders. In 2025, the club had it’s first ever all female teams in Women’s All Age, the club aims to expand this into the Mini-roo’s for 2026
